Users: Admin, Field Executive, Driver

Admin Login

1.     Scan Point Type Definition

Creates Scan Point Type

Add ScanPoint type Name -> Saves

2.     Assign Material to Field Executive 

Choose Field Executive

Choose Product, Select Design from drop down

Assign Qty 

Field Executive Login

Dashboard View

Shows Pending Campaign Activation in graphical format.

ScanPoint OnBoarding

1.     Company Executive manually affixes the Advertising material on the rickshaw

2.     Executive scans the QR code

3.     Executive copies the URL link

4.     Executive opens the onboarding module

a.     Pastes the URL in the field > Presses button “SHOW”

System gets the Product ID & Design ID from the URL & picks up from the back end the Product Name & Design Name and shows.

This is the confirmation for the executive that the Design & Product is right.

Next

b.     Chooses the ScanPoint type from the dropdown,  Contact Person Name, Mobile number, Location, City

c.      Inputs Redemption Points per Scan

SAVE -> On submit, the system reads the embedded driver ID and associates all the details provided in this form with this ID. 

System also reduces 1 from the executive’s target Qty.

OnBoarding Complete

The driver receives an SMS confirmation about his Activation in the Scan for Brochure System with an URL that gives the driver a login into his dashboard.

Campaign Activation 

            Inside this module choose the option -  Campaign Activation

1.     Executive scans the QR code

2.     Executive copies the URL link 

3.     Executive opens the Campaign Activation Module

a.     Pastes the URL in the field & then Presses button “SHOW”

System gets the Product ID & Design ID from the URL & picks up from the back end the Product Name & Design Name and shows.

This is the confirmation for the executive that the Design & Product is right.

Next

b.     Enters – Driver ID 

c.      Enters the Points earner per Scan in the field.

Campaign De-Activation

1.     Enter Driver ID

2.     System shows the existing Campaign Name & Design Name

3.     Choose De-Activate

Customer Scan

1.     Customer Scans the QR code. Opens the URL. Fills the form and submits.

2.     System captures the Driver ID, Product ID & Design ID and updates the backend.

3.     The system checks the points to be given to the driver from the driver table and updates the drivers earned points table. 

4.     The system identifies the Product & the design code and picks up the associated brochure from the back end and send the customer the WhatsApp message with this brochure.   

Driver Login 

1.     Enter Driver ID

System shows the existing Campaign Name & Design Name

System also shows Money earned

2.     Driver has the option to select Redeem or Cancel 

If bank details has not entered so far then show message that bank details has to be filled and give screen to enter the bank details
