Web Panel Development for Super Admin(Technology - Codeigniter frame work of php) )
Super Admin can add, activate/ deactivate or delete other Admins. Super Admin can set separate
authorities for each admins. Super admin & admins can communicate with each other, and any end user.
Admin portal must have separate pages for- Dashboard, User (Patients), Doctor, Compounder, Clinic
Owner, Book Appointment, Appointments, Staffs, Payments, Feedback, Settings etc.
Doctor account becomes active only after admin approval.
Admin can add, activate/deactivate, delete any 4 end-users. Notification for any activity from user end.
Analytics. Live queue status of any clinic.
After 2 consecutive cancellation of booking from any phone no, the no will be automatically blocked for
further booking from admin portal. The ph no can be unblocked by paying penalty by cash to any
compounder or through happo app.
Admin can set booking fee & all other fees separately for each clinic. All live data(queue movement) for
any clinic can be monitored by admin. It also have payment gateway integration ( for pay-out ).
A customer database (manually collected from market survey) uploading page.

User -1 (DOCTOR)
Doctor function: Sign up(option with gmail/facebook), log in/sign in, Profile page (includes photo, gender,
age, qualification, specialty, experience, visiting charge etc)
Add multiple chamber details- Address and multiple clinic Photos (PIN no automatically detect city &
state), Clinic owner data -self or other - for other, automatic field for owner name & contact no,
Add Chamber location (Google map) with Active Sessions (Morning/ Afternoon/ Evening) per Day, per
Week or per month. Can set alarm.
Add specific compounder for each chamber. Manage and customise booking availability(set total no of
bookings/sessions), view and download in pdf appointment details for any chamber any date(history and
future booking), green light button to show chamber is ON when the doctor/compounder mark himself
present in the chamber, hence automatically queue becomes live,
Call next patient button to update real time status and queue movement of Chamber.
Patient can view the total no of patient visited by him (daily updated) i.e Happo Experience.
Can update patient profile with respect to medicine and diagnosis suggested and update next visiting day
while visiting (floating options appear in the app) only after patient marked present themselves in chamber
and within 24 hours.
Sharing the app system with referral code to other doctors and can communicate with them.
Get push notification on booking/ cancellation of appointment or patient rating, comment etc, can reply
and react on patient feedback.
Add bank account details (optional), can send feedback to admin or call help desk, cancel any appointment.
Can see Daily Cash received at clinic as booking fee, online payment option (payment gateway integration).
Performance profile- see total bookings, cancelled and confirmed bookings, total visit, new patients, repeat
patients, average visiting time/patient – in graphical or bar or pie chart.
User-2 (CLINIC OWNER)
Clinic Owner: Sign up (option with gmail/facebook), log in/sign up, Profile page (includes photo, gender,
age etc).
Add chamber details- Address and multiple clinic Photos (PIN no automatically detect city & state),
add/invite multiple doctors (already registered) or create multiple doctor profile(not registered) (includes
photo, gender, age, qualification, specialty, experience, visiting charge etc) assign compounder to each
doctor. All other features are similar to doctor.
User-3 (COMPOUNDER)
Compounder function: Sign up(option with gmail/facebook), log in, Profile page.
Add or accept multiple doctors for a particular chamber, after added by doctor can do everything on behalf
of the doctor for that chamber like edit location (Google map) upload clinic photo, edit timings, manage
and customise booking availability, view/download appointment details for any date, Can give his
attendance in clinic.
Mark doctor present in the chamber (queue becomes live)
Call next patient button to update real time status and queue movement of Chamber,
Can update patient profile with respect to medicine and diagnosis suggested and next visiting day only, can
update about any change in doctor’s schedule,
Add bank account details (mandatory), can send feedback to admin or call help desk, set alarm, cancel any
appointment, send msg to doctor, get notification on each booking. Can mark patients present in the
chamber. Patients can give him ratings/comments. React/comment on patient feedback on him.
For offline patient can book an appointment temporarily/confirmed, booking only confirmed after cash
payment made to him. Cash received by him automatically recorded in his cash account, online payment
option.
Performance account- punctuality, customer ratings, total patient served, patient served/day/month,
patient profile update rate, awards etc.
