Scope Documentation and wire frame will be required from your side

If you don't have wire frame then you can provide us paper sketch design for the system.
If any third party API integrate in the system, Then All third party APIs will be provided by client only(SMS Api, Payment Gateway Api etc.).

VPS(Virtual Private Server ) Hosting will be provided by client only . We provide freely shared hosting till the one year.

For support your point of contact and project associate engineer we will be appointed for you.

We provide free support till the one year, After first year support charges will 25% of whole costing for the next year. We provide support on our developed code , If any features increase in the app during the support period  , if this feature doesn't impact too many parameters of the app then we develop it freely but it impacts much parameters of the app then its costing will be extra.

Once project completed then google play store console credentials will be required from client side only to the launching of app.

Payment terms are 60% down payment, 20% before project completion and 20% upon completion before project source code submission

Our company do 100% payment refund if client is not satisfied with initial two days work, This counting will start from project starting date. But after 2 days and before 10th day of progress work, Client demands for the refund then company will refund only 50% of paid amount. Apart from these two conditions, Company doesn't refund any amount.
