1 Dashboard presentation

The geographical representation of sites shall be shown on the Map in web portal. The tool tip(or any other user friendly way) shall give key information (user defined) when mouse cursor is placed on node based on check-box selection and stakeholder login.
Geographical status shall also have different legend e.g. Dot, Square, Star etc. to show PAN India location of Project sites with their details on tool-tip.

It shall be possible to monitor the status of the field tasks on Map view with different colour indicator (e.g. Red, yellow & Green).
It shall be possible to report site discrepancies along with photo proof for exception e.g. non-availability of site, equipment, personal etc. It shall be possible to escalate the same to customer in pre-defined interval via email/SMS.
It shall be possible to generate report on Planned activity v/s actual achievement at all heirarchy along with discrepancy/exception details.
The site team member shall also upload signed sheet to facilitate billing.

It should be possible to create Schedule for preventive maintenance for the all the sites for different time horizon. (e.g. Month, quarter & year)
It shall be possible to update and authenticate the site visit by engineer along with photographs for preventive as well as breakdown maintenance.
Real-time system availability to be calculated by the software based on Service Call Log and closure time. The expected call closure time to maintain availability without penalty to L&T shall be flashed against respective service call.

Planning & Scheduling at different levels like Zonal, District etc shall be possible within the system.

All Stakeholder shall be individually able to update their own planning and actual progress details.

Based on progress, it shall be possible for HO Coordinator to re-assign the start date of each district and/or add teams to optimize the overall timelines.

Once service activities are finished, the system shall generate site reconcilation summary report which will be used for Billing to customer.

It shall be possible to log various issues as encounter during various stages of the project while various stakeholders. The updation on progress of the issue resolution and closer should be possible in the system.
